Katrina Law, who has been in shows like Chuck and Spartacus, has been
cast to play the role of yet another sexy Mord-Sith named Garren in the
upcoming Season 2 episodes number 18 and 19. It is not quite clear yet
what her role in the plot will be and how she will affect the overall
storyline but it should prove an interesting plot development.
I'm gonna go out on a limb for this one and give a prediction as to what I think this will involve.
Michael's Prediction: Mistress Garren (Katrina Law's character) comes after Cara in a big way for betraying, and ultimately helping to destroy, Darken Rahl. That would place the story arc in a pretty Cara-centric way but we have seen each character (including Zedd) get entire episodes devoted to them to help with overall character development. Remember when Darken Rahl appeared to Triana (Charisma Carpenter) and gave her a mission? I think Garren will be the one to execute that mission.
